Allen Trainer
Hi, I'm Allen Trainer, founder and owner of Len's Famous Wings. I grew up in Collegeville (projects), and started cooking at the age of 6, which is when my passion for cooking grew.
I attended Hudson Elementary and Carver High Schools in Birmingham, Alabama.
As a young adult, I was asked to fry chicken at the annual family Labor Day gathering, and every year thereafter; frying chicken was my assignment and I clearly understood that assignment.
I had a dream and vision of owning my own chicken restaurant. I finally took a leap of faith and tapped into my talent...I proudly present to you Len's Famous Wings!
